Banksia serrata Flowers (Old Man Banksia)

Product Description:

The Banksia is a Australian plant which, with most species, must be burnt before they release their seed and regenerate.

For this image I've used a combination of applique and free machine embroidery.

This one is done on a green background, but it also looks great on white or red.
